At this time, there are absolutely NO REFUNDS on any custom made-to-order items, NO EXCEPTIONS.

If you have any issues with shipping, please contact me directly for the shipping information about your order. All orders are insured by USPS in the event of package loss or damage. We will work together to address any concerns with USPS, but Moon + Mountain is not responsible for any shipping issues once a shipping confirmation is received from USPS.
