Moon & Mountain can add a name tag to any of our products but we can also create a simple name tag as well. We primarily use circular stainless steel or aluminum tags, but these options can be more personalized to your liking. Please click here to learn more.
 
PRECIOUS METAL HARDWARE
You can order a name tag made using sterling silver, 14k rose gold, or 14k yellow gold hardware, but size availability may be limited. Please select "Other*" in the drop-down menu above and then contact me to discuss ordering a name tag made of any of these precious metals.
 
NAME TAG CONTENT
Make sure that you type out what you want printed on the tag EXACTLY how you want it. This includes spelling, capitalization, and spacing of words or letters. What you type on your order form will be exactly what I stamp on your tag. Make sure you proofread!

GIFTS
If this item is a gift, please let me know what date you need this item completed and returned to you by in the "Anything else I need to know?" section. Depending on when your order is received, I will try my best to have your item returned to you before the date specified, but it cannot be guaranteed.
 
 
If you would like a name tag added to your keepsake, there's a few things you should know.

S H A P E S
Moon & Mountain offers several different shaped name tags for custom orders, but by default we use circle shaped tags on all orders. If you would like a shape used on your tag other than a circle, please let us know in the "Anything else I should know?" section of your order form. Otherwise, the name tag used will be a circle.

M A T E R I A L S
Moon & Mountain primarily uses stainless steel hardware on our jewelry, so the name tags that we use on all of our products are made of stainless steel. If you would like a name tag to match the same material as the hardware used on your piece, a fee will apply to cover the cost of your name tag.

S I Z I N G
The size of your name tag will depend on the amount of characters you wish to have on it. The following guidelines are used to determine which size name tag I will use on your piece:

Small Circle Tag (.75 in/2 cm)
Includes up to 7 characters across the middle line.
Includes up to 11 character around the outer edge.
​
Medium Circle Tag (1 in/2.5 cm)
Includes up to 9 characters across the middle line.
Includes up to 18 characters around the outer edge.
​
Large Circle Tag (1.25 in/3 cm)
Includes up to 12 characters across the middle line.
Includes up to 22 characters around the outer edge.

Remember, unless you specify a different shape to be used on your keepsake, I will use a circular tag by default.
