Since this keepsake incorporates a customizable name tag, the cost of the name tag has been included in the final price and an additional name tag can NOT be added to this piece. Please include what you would like stamped on the tag in the "Additional Personalization" section of your order form EXACTLY as you'd like it to appear on the tag. Make sure you proofread! If nothing is included about what to stamp on the tag, the charm will come to you blank. (Moon + Mountain will not be held liable for any misspellings/punctuation.)

If there is a certain color that you would like for the Swavorski crystal on this bridle tag, please select the "Other*" option from the drop down menu and tell me what color you would like in the "Additional Personalization" section of your order form. Please be aware that not all colors are available, but I will try my best to locate a crystal of the color would you like, but it cannot be guaranteed.

This keepsake, by default, comes with a Swavorski Crystal as a charm. It is NOT offered with additional charms. You may send any charms you have purchased separately to have added to this keepsake, but doing so will not discount your keepsake. Please contact me directly with any questions.

If this keepsake is a gift, please let me know what date you need this item completed and returned to you by in the appropriate section of your order form.
