WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME DURING THE HOLIDAYS?
1-4 weeks is my usual turnaround time, but during the holidays, it can turn into 4-8 weeks real quick. The earlier you get an order placed for the holidays (like October or November), the more likely you are to have it done and returned before December 20th.
DO YOU MAKE THINGS FOR HOLIDAYS OTHER THAN CHRISTMAS?
Of course! Just shoot me a message and we can get something made before any other holiday is celebrated!
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE YOU TO CREATE A KEEPSAKE?
My current production time is between 1-4 weeks depending on the season and how many orders are currently in production. Expedited shipping is available on rush orders, but it still takes me 2-3 days from start to finish to create a single piece. During the holidays, I ask that you get gift orders placed before December 1st and hair shipped to me before December 7th to ensure your order arrives back to you before the holiday festivities begin.
