IS MY KEEPSAKE WATERPROOF?
Yes! All of our keepsakes are waterproof, so if yours got wet, don't sweat it! If your bracelet got wet while scrubbing water buckets or took a swim because your horse couldn't resist rolling in the stream, just continue to wear it like normal and it will dry on it's own. Resin pendants can be rinsed with fresh, clean water and dried with a towel. Any other keepsakes can be left to dry by laying them out flat or hanging them up to dry.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY KEEPSAKE BREAKS?
If your keepsake broke, get in contact with me ASAP! Depending on how it broke, we will work together to get it repaired as quickly as possible! Email me pictures of the damaged product at MoonAndMountainKeepsakes@gmail.com or call/text me at (864) 760-9002 so we can get it fixed.
MY BRACELET CAME APART...CAN I FIX IT OR DO I HAVE TO SEND IT BACK TO YOU?
If your bracelet came apart due to a hardware malfunction, you can attempt to fix the product on your own by purchasing jump rings or a clasp from a craft supplier like Michael's or Hobby Lobby, but I would strongly recommend that you send it back to me to have it repaired. If your bracelet came apart due to the hair breaking, being cut, or separating from the cord ends, please try to handle the bracelet as little as possible and send it back to me IMMEDIATELY. If the bracelet is damaged so severely that it cannot be made into the original product, we will work together to find a new product design to save the keepsake.
MY BRACELET IS TOO SMALL. HOW DO I MAKE IT LARGER?
If your bracelet is too small, you can purchase chain from any craft supplier like Michael's or Hobby Lobby and attach it to your bracelet. If that doesn't sound like something you want to do, just send it back to me and I will do it for you, free of charge. All I ask is that you handle shipping costs.
THE CHARM CAME OFF MY KEEPSAKE; DO YOU REPLACE THEM?
If the charm came off of your keepsake, you can either go to any craft supplier like Michael's or Hobby Lobby and buy a new one, or you can reach out to me and I will send a replacement free of charge.
